is it really worth saving a penny??

i am investing in one of these!!

during the winter months the temperature in salt lake can be rather chilly. don't get me wrong i love to bundle up in warm coats, beanies, and mittens. but do i really want to wear all that to bed? can't we just turn up the heat. i know that i don't pay any heating bills but seriously it is 23 degrees out side and the heat isn't even pumping.

i can't find any place that warms me up these days. my car, yes a 1989 honda, does run and get me from point a to point b. but i must sacrifice my little toes. the heat usually starts coming out when i arrive at my destination, greatly appreciated.
my father refuses to turn the heat above 65 in our house so i am often seen wrapped in blankets and a pair of the most attractive slippers.

the library is not any better. they might keep it cool to prevent students from falling asleep while cramming for their last finals, but i really don't think it helps. i have puffy coat on and a beanie while studying and my fingers are too cold to even turn the page.

i truly think a few extra dollars spent on heat this year would be a great investment and i would finally be WARM!!
